The Mental body refers to your conscious and unconscious thoughts responsible for your beliefs, desires, values, goals and opinions. The mind influences how you respond to the world in your behaviours, actions, emotions and in your body.

The Physical Body refers to your physical self that carries you through life, allowing you to experience the world through your five senses and communicate your needs. It is through the body that your thoughts, emotions and soul flow.

The Soul or Spiritual Body is that intangible part of you that you may refer to as your essence, core being or inner guidance. It’s your connection and surrender to something greater than yourself. The soul contains energy that it transfers to the mind.

The Emotional Body refers to the complex state of all of your emotions and feelings. This is where you hold the negative, hurtful experiences as well as positive ones. When negative emotions become stored they block the flow of energy resulting in physical and psychological changes that influence your thoughts and behaviours.

The Add On

(individual session)

The Add-On Package gives you the freedom and convenience of booking individual 90-minute sessions. This option is available:-

  • as an ‘Add On’ to the Starter Package, the Reset and Refocus Package, the All-In Package or the Gold Standard Package for those who have purchased one of these packages and who may want to have additional booster sessions from time to time.
  • as a once-off Tester session for someone who is on a budget who would like to test out coaching, but who is not yet sure that they are ready to invest in a full package.

How it will work – a brief overview of what to expect
Where will we meet and for how long?

Coaching sessions are held online via Teams and are, on average, an hour long. I work with most of my clients for 12 sessions. The interval between each session ranges. These can be scheduled on a recurring weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, depending on your needs.

We’ll start by getting acquainted

Before working together, we will have a 30 to 45 minute no-obligation introductory call. The purpose of this call is threefold. It is an opportunity:-

  • for you to ask any questions you may have about coaching in general or about how I work, and/or about any of the techniques I employ as part of my coaching program
  • for me to learn about you, your needs and your goals and whether I can help you
  • for us to decide whether we are a good fit to work together
  • oh, and it’s a great excuse to have a brew
We’ll decide if we’re a match and determine which package is best suited to your needs

After our introductory call, we will begin a magical journey together.

Once we commit to each other, we will discuss which package you would like to move forward with and we will schedule our first coaching session.

We’ll get started and dig in

During our first session, which will be 90-minutes, we will dig a little deeper to identify your obstacles, desires and goals. We will set the intention for our time together pinpointing what is it that you want to achieve. Here we will investigate all levels – mental, physical, spiritual and emotional.

We’ll get you to you results

Thereafter, at each further session we will reinforce these goals and set action steps for you, to help you achieve your desired outcomes. In my experience, no two sessions are alike. Each will depend on your personal needs at the time, bearing in mind your overarching goals. However, as a broad outline our sessions will involve me asking questions that will require introspection from you and which may require you going deeper below the surface to explore certain obstacles or thought patterns, etc more intensely.

Bring an open and curious mind

Coaching is a collaboration and you will receive from it as much as you are willing to put in. Having an open and curious mind, willing to grow is essential. You will need to commit to working toward your goal/s, getting out of your own comfort zone and taking the steps each week. I will be there to support you and keep you accountable but you will be in the driver’s seat. I will also provide messenger and WhatsApp support between sessions as required by you.

What coaching is and what it is not…
Coaching is
  • a non-judgmental partnership with the purpose of empowering you
  • for you to reflect within and identify what you want and how you want to feel
  • focused on your present circumstances and identifying future goals
  • about attaining a deeper understanding of your hearts desires
  • for identifying actionable steps as well as tools and mechanisms that are congruent to help you achieve those steps, and
  • about providing support, encouragement and accountability and implementation of identified action steps.
Coaching is not
  • counselling or therapy and in some cases I may suggest that you seek counselling or therapy instead of, or in addition to, coaching
  • focused on the past but rather on your present circumstances and setting goals.

Only you can determine your goals and aspirations and only you can make the changes necessary, I can’t do this for you. I’m not a consultant, counsellor or therapist and it is not my place to tell you to leave your job, change your career, lose weight, or leave your partner. I’m here to guide you but not to rescue you or tell you what to do.
